Meet the staff of Absolutely Fabulous Unique Gifts & Decor in Huntington Beach:

Diane Silverstein

A chance drive by a "for lease" sign in Warner-Dale Square changed the course of Diane Silverstein's life. She had been an RN for 20+ years until several back surgeries kept her house-bound. As the back improved, she ventured out. The one thing she could do was shop, and shop she did! Then the "for lease" sign came into her periphery...

"I could have a great shop," Diane thought. Six weeks later, Absolutely Fabulous Unique Gifts and Decor was born. Yup - six weeks - to do everything! It got done, though, and the best little gift shop in Huntington Beach was born. Now - four years later - Absolutely Fabulous has boomed into a nationally-recognized talent for visual merchandising and retail.

"The reason for our success is simple..." Diane says, "a great team and great customers!" Diane's design talents are an integral part of the store, and the unique environment is only surpassed by the unique gifts and decor that we carry!

Riley

Anyone who's been to Absolutely Fabulous knows that we have a little furry feature that is there most days. Many ask us, when they look at the blonde tuft of fur on the floor, if he's real. He is real (real cute)!

Riley is the true star of Ab Fab, and makes the store feel even more like a home.

Now - officially, he's a dog, but We think he's actually a genetic splice of a dog, a cat & a rug.

He also loves to play dress-up. Look at that picture to the left! That is one happy dog.

Wendy

OK... you know when you just get those strange and wonderful coincidences? Well - Wendy's arrival at Absolutely Fabulous is one of those situations. You see - not only is she from the same part of Manchester as Diane, but one of her good friends grew up in the same house Diane did!! That's just weird.

Wendy is a wiz at making those great little vignettes you see around the store. She also has great energy, and is a love to have around.

Amy

Amy joined us earlier in 2012. She's a joy to be around, and a huge help around the store. She is so talented with fabrics! She's also been rocking on the decoration aspect of the store. Girl power at Ab Fab!

Ian

Ian does all of the photography, ad design & web work for Absolutely Fabulous. He's also Diane's Son, and has been at Ab Fab since the beginning. All the stuff your looking at here, he did.
