You all know that Absolutely Fabulous can't just rest on her laurels... she must contantly find that new & unique gift that you need for your loved one - especially with valentines day coming up! So - anyone looking for a gift for your wife or husband (or boyfriend, friend, girlfriend, co-worker, etc) in Orange County, come to Absolutely Fabulous! You'll be glad you did. Well - I guess not just Huntington Beach & Orange County any more, huh?  With this new website, anyone can get to the great gifts & decor that Diane finds in Atlanta. Awesome!

Absolutely Fabulous Wins the Pitney Bowes Small Business Makeover Contest

On Tuesday, September 20th, 2011, in conjunction with winning thousands of dollars of equipment, Absolutely Fabulous proudly hosted three experts in their field during an open house at Absolutely Fabulous Unique Gifts & Decor; it was all part of the prize package for Pitney Bowes "small business makeover" competition. Melinda Emerson, Phil Simon and Jane Applegate were all present, lending their invaluable insights to the Absolutely Fabulous team.

"How did we win this honor" you ask? A few months earlier, Diane wrote an essay about the store (a requisite to enter Pitney Bowes' contest), and Pitney Bowes' experts all agreed that her excitement and passion warranted a win! This essay, in conjunction with the excellent support we got from our customers (by their voting on our submission video) afforded us this great honor.

We got SO many incredible ideas from the experts! We can't wait to put them all into motion.

Absolutely Fabulous is Named Finalist in 2011 Retail Excellence Awards

For the second year in a row, Absolutely Fabulous Unique Gifts and Decor was named one of three finalists in the category of visual merchandising in Gifts and Decorative Accessories Magazine's annual Retail Excellence Awards.

Recognizing the pre-eminence of Gifts and Decorative Accessories Magazine in our field of retailing, Absolutely Fabulous is extremely proud to have been selected two years in a row for this incredible honor.

Ab Fab had a wonderful time in New York around the awards ceremony. Diane, Ian & Brett all met Martin out there (a family friend from WAAAAAAAY back in the day (you're welcome, Mart)) and enjoyed the city. McSorley's, Jean-Georges, Karaoke, New York, friends & family, and an Absolutely Fabulous Honor. Who could ask for anything more?
